What Tilzix is

Tilzix makes branded carousels for social media. You give it your website, social handle or brand details, and it makes slides you can edit and download as images or video.

Your account

You can try Tilzix without an account. To unlock a carousel or buy credits you need one. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 to use Tilzix.

Credits and payment

• One credit unlocks one carousel: the watermark comes off, and you can download it as images and video, in every size, as often as you like.
• Making, previewing and editing carousels is free, and so are captions. Credits are only used when you unlock.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payments in naira, and payments in dollars by card, bank transfer or crypto, are handled by Bachs. When we offer it, card payment in dollars through Creem, our reseller and merchant of record, is also available.
• Credits last 12 months from purchase. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you give us: logos, photos, sounds, text and brand details. You allow us to use them only to make, store and show your carousels. You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us, including any brand that is not your own, for example when you work for a client.

Music and sounds

Tilzix sounds are music we make with our own code, for each carousel. We own them, and you may use them free in the posts and videos you make with Tilzix, on any app. Please do not sell them on their own, or register them as yours with a content ID service such as YouTube's, as that would flag other people's posts.

You can also add your own sound by uploading it. When you do, you confirm you made it or have the right to use it in your posts. Songs by other artists usually need their permission. We only use your sound to make your videos.

Some apps, such as TikTok and Instagram for business accounts, only allow music from their own libraries. Check each app's rules before you post.

What you make

The carousels you download are yours. Use them anywhere, commercially or not, as often as you like. The styles, templates and software behind them stay ours.

What you must not do

• Use a brand, name or likeness you have no right to use, or pretend to be someone you are not.
• Make anything illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Make sexual, explicit or suggestive content, or content that harasses or targets people. Tilzix is for business and personal posts that are fit for any audience.
• Use someone's face or likeness to deceive people, or make deepfakes.
• Try to break, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service, including by using bots or scripts. We use automated checks to stop them.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

AI

Tilzix uses AI to write slide text and captions. AI can make mistakes. Check every carousel before you post it, especially facts, prices and claims. See our AI Disclosure.

Availability

We work to keep Tilzix running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
